We do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
*The exception is for unopened, unworn, in good condition, and original packaging items that are deemed manufacturer defective or damaged. All shipping return prices are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item is received. We will evaluate the issue and correct it. If the product is deemed defective your order is eligible for a return or exchange.
Please contact us to notify us of your issue. Please include your name + order number. Please explain your issue and include any pictures of the product(s) showing the problem. Example: showing the defect, the incorrect size, or wrong item.
