Shipping policy

We offer free shipping (3-9 business days) on all USA orders. All products are shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx from Florida. All orders placed are shipped out within 3 business days. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation number, followed by a shipment notification email with the tracking number.

We are not responsible for stolen, lost, misplaced, or incorrect address deliveries. We provide tracking numbers for all orders, so once it is shipped, we no longer control the package. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or USA holidays. We provide the estimated number of business days it takes to receive your items after placing and processing your order.

Please note, while most packages do arrive within the estimated number of business days, we do not guarantee delivery in the estimated date range. Please allow up to 14 days for your package to be delivered before contacting us about a lost package claim. Delivery time can vary based on weight, mailing address, and desired delivery date. We only offer free shipping within the United States. We do not offer free shipping for international orders.
